The opportunity
We are looking for a Virtual Bilingual Customer Success Agent to work within the Customer Success onboarding team, driving engagement, portraying our Value proposition, driving product usage and retention through product training and targeted interventions. The Customer Success Agent is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Their job is to work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive. This will be achieved through a structured multi-channel contact strategy coupled with a Customer Success Program with the goal of maximizing the value of products and services selected. This will be driven by a consultative approach based on the customer needs and aspirations for their business.
Responsibility
Your key responsibilities
- Communicate the value of the National Medspa Association’s platform and its features to potential prospects
- Ability and knowledge around setting up Auto Entry and its vast number of client
integrations
- Welcome and onboard new customers to the product while setting them up for
success
- Overachieve against your Daily, Weekly and Monthly targets
- Outbound engagements with Customers via Phone, Webchat and Email
- Analyze usage and drive engagement of your clients through monthly data checks and
Revenue monitoring
- Provide product Demonstrations/Webinars to Customers and Accountants
- Provide an Extraordinary Customer Success experience
