CE CREDIT REPORTING

Educators can up-date information regarding CE credit hours that students have obtained.

CE Credit Hours Reporting by NMSA

CE Credits Hours are required to report completion of pre-accepted CE programs within 14 days of program completion. Upon receipt, it may take NMSA Board three (7) business days to upload the records to NMSA® Educator’s accounts. When CE credit hours are uploaded, an email notification from NMSA Board is sent to the individuals receiving the credit.

Documentation Required for Registered Training Programs :

NMSA Board will request the following documentation provided by the educational provider:

1. 1. Certificate of Completion
2. 2. Unofficial transcript showing successful completion of program and exam scores.
3. 3. Official, detailed outline/syllabus or course description.
4. 4. A copy of the final assessment/examination provided by the CE provider or documentation from the CE provider verifying the number of assessment/examination questions
5. 6. Evidence of a passing score of 70% or higher.
